Direct Sales Support Specialist I

Summary: Capital Access Network, Inc. is seeking a candidate for the Direct Sales Support Specialist I position. This position will report directly to the Direct Sales Training and Project manager and will perform a support role to AMI sales force by receiving and submitting new business documents for Independent Sales Organizations and Independent Contractors (ISOs). Primary duties include acting as a facilitator of proper submissions by newly recruited ISOs, providing assistance as needed concerning process and documentation to assure successful completion of submissions, monitoring the processing of submissions for newly recruited ISOs through to funding, while providing daily pipeline updates to ISOs, Regional Sales Managers and SVP of Direct Sales. Other responsibilities will include assisting ISOs with completion of prequalified funding opportunities through to submission and funding.
