Glenn Goldman
Chief Executive Officer
Goldman joined the company in 2001 with more than 15 years of experience in the financing, building and strategic positioning of nationwide consumer and commercial finance companies. Prior to becoming AdvanceMe’s CEO, Goldman was a Founding Partner of G2, LLC, a boutique investment bank targeting the finance and technology sectors.
Before that position, he was co-president of the Merchant Banking Group at ContiFinancial Corporation, one of the largest private companies in the world. Goldman also covered banks and thrifts in the Money Markets and Capital Market Group at Merrill Lynch.
Goldman is currently vice chairman of Birch Family Services, an organization that operates 8 schools and 8 residences for children and adults with special needs. For over 32 years, Birch Family Services has been providing educational, residential and family support programs that enable exceptional people to reach their highest potential.
Goldman currently sits on the Electronic Transaction Associations Research and Information Resources Committee as vice chair, in addition to serving on the editorial advisory board for ISO&Agent, a leading industry publication for independent sales organizations and their agents.

Tom Burnside
President and Chief Operating Officer
Burnside had 11 years of experience in the credit card processing industry prior to joining the company in 2000 from the Hogan Services Division of First Data Corporation where he was General Manager. He previously held senior positions in First Data Corporation’s Telecheck Division and was an entrepreneur in several small businesses.
Burnside is credited with the design, development and implementation of AdvanceMe, Inc.’s unique scoring models, which allow many small businesses that have been rejected by traditional banks to qualify for working capital.

Mark Lorimer
Chief Marketing Officer
Lorimer joined the company in 2006 from Alchemy Business Group, a business services and investment firm he founded, which focuses on business development and organizational alignment strategies.
Lorimer also served as CEO of Autobytel, Inc., taking the company public while amassing multiple awards and accolades. During his tenure, Lorimer led Autobytel to establishing and maintaining 60 -70 percent market share against competitors such as Microsoft, Cendant and AutoNation.

Rich Ferrante
Chief Financial Officer
Ferrante joined AdvanceMe in 2002, serving as Controller of the company prior to his promotion to CFO in 2003. He is responsible for all accounting, treasury and tax concerns, including Sarbanes-Oxley. He is also the CFO of CAN’s subsidiaries, AdvanceMe and AMI Merchant Solutions.
Ferrante has extensive accounting and finance experience in both the private and public sectors, including SEC reporting, auditing, internal controls and treasury. Before AdvanceMe, he held various positions with Coopers & Lybrand, Ameritrade and Marsh and McLennan over a 15 year period.

Franck Fatras
Chief Technology Officer
Fatras joined the company in 2000 and brought AdvanceMe more than 13 years experience in system and network architecture; building network infrastructure and applications for national and global use. He is responsible for directing information technology, information systems, information security and facilities.
Fatras’ previous engagements have included many diverse industries, including major brands like Citibank, Western Union International, Woodward-Clyde, Merck and AT&T.

Parris Sanz, Esq.
Chief Legal Officer
Sanz joined the company in 2004 with more than 11 years of experience as a corporate, securities and transactional attorney. Before joining AdvanceMe, he was a senior executive and General Counsel of a specialty pharmaceutical company, where he was responsible for all legal matters, including securities offerings, corporate transactions, patents/intellectual property and commercial agreements.
Prior to his General Counsel positions, Sanz was an attorney in private practice at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in San Francisco and Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles, where he handled a wide variety of corporate, securities, transactional and commercial matters.
